Welcome Message

I am Captain Diane Shelby, Commanding Officer of the USS Ardeshir, a Luna Class Long-Range Explorer. The USS Ardeshir is a Play By Web (PBW) Role-playing Game and is part of the Obsidian Fleet. More specifically, this ship is part of Task Group 21-A "The Defenders" which is part of Task Force 21 "Wolf Star Squadron".

We are a group of individuals that share a common interest; writing in the Star Trek world. We work together to punch out some of the best fan fiction that you'll read and we do it with a smile. Whether your an old hand at Star Trek RPGs, or a brand new person looking to expand your literary skills, come and join us for the adventure of a lifetime!

Sincerely,
Captain Diane Shelby
Commanding Officer, USS Ardeshir - NCC-80120
Task Group 21-A "Defenders"

CURRENT MISSION

After being patched up at Obsidian Colony, the USS Ardeshir and her crew set out on their latest self-given mission; find the torpedo stolen by Obisek. To ensure success, Captain Shelby teams up with her new friends aboard the USS Audacious and her infamous Captain, Joseph Banning.

Meanwhile, near Deep Space 4, trouble is just around the corner. A Warriari Prison Ship is ambushed by a lone Warbird. The USS Tucker is nearby to help but in the ensuing fire fight, communication is lost between the Tucker and the Station. The last message from the Tucker alerted all nearby ships; the Tucker had been boarded by Remans. This new lead in the hunt for Obisek sends the Ardeshir and the Audacious to track down both the Tucker and the Warbird, and to use whatever force is necessary to steal back the torpedo. How will things pan out? Will the torpedo be destroyed, or can they rescue it in time?

G'day everyone.

As of 2000hrs AEST, 2/4/12, I Nathan Karta respectfully retire my current CO character, Captain Diane Shelby of the USS Ardeshir. I thought I was ready to come back and take full command again but, as with last time, things are just getting too hectic and something has to budge. Unfortunately, simming is it.

I don't want anyone here to feel out of place though. You do have time to contact the OPM Director of Obsidian Fleet and ask for a transfer to another one of the fleet's fine vessels.

I do hope to rejoin this sacred place once more but for the time being, it just can't be now.

Cheers, and thanks for all the fish.

Nathan

Hello everyone,

Triad has nominated and the Fleet Council has approved the newest member of the Joint Fleet Command. You all know her - she's a long-standing OF veteran with an absolute mass of skills, experience and no doubt post count as well. She's served in TF21, TF47, the Academy and JAG with distinction.

Please congratulate Engie as she joins the Triad and receives the rank of Admiral for her character, Thelek Uvar.

G'day guys,

As you may have noticed we have just lost our Chief Security/Tactical Officer, Lieutenant John Smith. At the moment, I will not go into details as to why he has left us but I will say that it is being dealt with. With that, if you know of anyone who would like to come aboard into the role, get them to apply ASAP!

Regards,

Nathan
